Read Arabic is a reader for the Arabic student who wants to be better and faster at reading in Arabic.
Read Arabic may be used as supplemental material to the textbook system you use in class – but not necessarily in the sense that the teacher selects texts in the book for you to read. The book is first and foremost developed to give you – the student – an opportunity to read Arabic “for fun”. It seeks, in other words, to give you access to Arabic reading material, which, in terms of structure and vocabulary, is easily accessible and comprehensible even though your linguistic competency in Arabic is limited.
Read Arabic may be used no matter what level of language proficiency you are at. Students at different levels may approach the book from different vantage points so as to find application for the diverse texts in the book. The book contains a lucid instruction on how best to benefit from reading.
